Role Description

The client is seeking a technically minded Product Marketing Manager to lead customer experience (CX) experimentation, drive A/B testing initiatives, and optimize marketing strategies through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

• Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute CX experimentation roadmaps.
• Own A/B testing initiatives, from ideation and hypothesis development through execution and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through experimentation and data-driven insights.
• Influence marketing and product stakeholders to prioritize and implement experimentation strategies.
• Analyze CX performance, present findings, and recommend scalable improvements.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Collaborate on digital campaigns, marketing content, and sales enablement materials.
• Work across a large team to align experimentation priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management, Product Management, or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, product experimentation, and CX optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation roadmaps and execute tests from concept to completion.
• Technical product marketing experience with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys, identifying CX improvements, and scaling successful experiments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence marketing managers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in large-scale, fast-paced technology environments.
