Role Description

Shape the future of identity security for the Federal government by leading product strategy and execution for Saviynt's groundbreaking platform. You’ll translate complex federal requirements into actionable product roadmaps, directly impacting national security and driving significant business growth. • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Saviynt's federal offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate closely with federal sales, customer success, support, services, and engineering teams to define and prioritize features that meet stringent federal customer needs.
• Partner with TPMs and release management to ensure efficient and effective execution of the product roadmap, leveraging agile methodologies.
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and solve complex federal identity and access management challenges.
• Engage with federal customers and partners to share product strategy, gather crucial feedback, and foster strong relationships.
• Work with product and field marketing, analysts, and public relations to successfully launch new federal capabilities and drive widespread adoption.
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape and emerging federal market trends to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Understand and integrate agentic AI capabilities into federal product solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology product management, with a significant focus on the federal government sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies for complex enterprise software solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing security or identity-related products to market.

Requirements

• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and security principles.
• Experience with agentic AI concepts and their application in security solutions.
• Proficiency in product prioritization frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with P&L considerations for product lines.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Skill in launching new products and capabilities to market.
• Competency with tools like JIRA and Aha for product management workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• A strong drive that bridges strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
