[Hiring] Director of Product Management @SentinelOne

Role Description

As a Director of Product Management, you will be tasked with owning the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Analyst Experience, the workflows SentinelOne's security analysts use to triage, investigate, and respond to threats across endpoint, cloud, identity, and third-party data.

• Define how analysts should work in the Singularity Platform, connecting various components into one experience.
• Drive the unification of assets and entities across different data sources into a single model.
• Own the program that moves legacy customers to the new analyst experience, including planning and communication.
• Hire, lead, and develop a team of product managers, setting standards for PRDs and roadmaps.
• Spend regular time with SOC analysts and security leaders to test assumptions and observe real investigations.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years in product management at enterprise SaaS or security companies.
• Direct experience owning an analyst-facing security operations product.
• A track record of leading a large migration or deprecation program.
• Product experience with large-scale data platforms.
• Experience setting a single vision across several product areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 15 percent of the time.
• Shipped AI or agentic product experiences preferred.
• Prior experience as a SOC analyst, threat hunter, or incident responder preferred.
• Experience with multi-tenant MSSP or MDR workflows preferred.
