    • Advise senior leadership as a domain expert on developer platform capability, field readiness, investment priorities, and execution risks.
    • Influence across GitHub and Microsoft organizations to secure subject-matter expertise, delivery capacity, communications support, and leadership sponsorship.
  • Onboarding:
    • Design and execute a role-based onboarding journey for new Developer and GitHub Solution Specialists and Solution Engineers.
    • Partner closely with MCAPS Academy, GitHub, and regional readiness teams to scale onboarding globally.
  • Landing:
    • Collaborate with launch and landing leads to coordinate readiness for product releases, sales plays, campaigns, and strategic priorities.
    • Establish launch criteria, adoption measures, feedback loops, and remediation plans.
    • Co-develop product launch assets and enablement with GitHub Enablement.
  • Community Management:
    • Develop and lead a global Developer and GitHub field community that connects specialists, engineers, product teams, and enablement stakeholders.
    • Create scalable mechanisms for knowledge sharing, reusable asset discovery, technical office hours, customer-story exchange, feedback collection, and open dialogue.
