Role Description

This role will lead Facilities Management operations for the K-12 Schools segment, a rapidly expanding business with significant growth opportunities. As the segment continues to experience strong momentum with expanding the business, this is a remote position requiring approximately 50% travel.

• Provides leadership and oversight for a team of 10 direct reports, driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the K-12 Schools Facilities Management.

• Lead teams, foster client relationships, and deliver solutions that support long-term success—for both your division and the broader organization.
• Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function.

• Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed.

• Management Experience: 10 years.
• Related Experience: 10 years.
