[Hiring] Public Administrative Services Manager @Turing

Role Description

Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in operations management, administrative coordination, and policy implementation, especially within government programs, offices, or public-facing operations.

In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your administrative and organizational expertise. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve efficiency, workflow optimization, and strategic decision-making across administrative functions in the public sector.

What does day-to-day look like:

• Design and solve real-world administrative and operational scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering budget planning, procurement, facilities management, and compliance tracking.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to government procedures.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of public administration principles, documentation standards, and interdepartmental coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator, preferably in a government or public administration environment.
• Background in Public Administration, Business Management, or Operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and administrative reporting.
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
• Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
