[Hiring] Operations Manager @RZ HR Studio

Role Description

Keep eCommerce operations running smoothly — lead people, improve processes, and take ownership of the moving parts behind a growing business.

• Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring for internal roles.
• Oversee inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
• Lead customer service operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and handle escalations, chargebacks, and suspicious orders.
• Coordinate invoice processing, payroll, and payment tracking.
• Develop SOPs, onboarding workflows, and internal processes.
• Work closely with founders and team leads to resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with subscription-based brands.
• Familiarity with subscription tools such as Loop Subscriptions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring.
• Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and customer service operations.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work with Amsterdam/Dubai time zones.

Requirements

• This is a full-time, remote opportunity.
• Candidates must be comfortable coordinating with teams across different time zones, particularly Amsterdam and Dubai.
