[Hiring] Operations Coordinator @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Operations Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning the daily operations that keep a UK business on track.

You will keep the moving parts of a UK business joined up. You will track tasks, chase suppliers and teams, and make sure processes run on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks across teams and suppliers
• Track orders, deadlines and deliverables
• Maintain process documents and checklists
• Prepare weekly operations updates for managers
• Spot bottlenecks and suggest practical fixes

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, coordination or office management
• Experience with a project or workflow tool such as Asana or Monday.com
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Proven follow-through on multiple deadlines
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce or service operations (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets reporting (nice to have)
• Experience writing simple process documents (nice to have)
