Role Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Personal Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning the diary, inbox and day-to-day admin of a busy UK executive.

You will be the right hand of a busy UK executive. You will manage their diary and inbox, prepare for meetings and keep their day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings and travel bookings
• Triage the inbox and draft routine replies
• Prepare agendas, notes and follow-up actions
• Handle personal and business admin tasks
• Keep confidential information organised and secure

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or senior admin
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendars
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Discretion with confidential information
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Requirements

• Experience supporting UK-based executives (nice to have)
• Familiarity with a tool such as Calendly or Notion (nice to have)
• Experience booking international travel (nice to have)
