Role Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. This is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the calendar and booking flow that keeps a UK team's day on track. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules or bookings, with examples of managing busy diaries
• Familiarity with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly
• Clear, friendly written English
• A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace
• Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

• Book and reschedule appointments and meetings
• Match staff availability to demand across UK time zones
• Send reminders and confirmations
• Resolve clashes quickly and politely
• Keep the scheduling system and shared calendars accurate
