[Hiring] Operations Analyst @Kivo Health

Role Description

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to help build and scale the systems that keep Kivo running.

• Initially own clinic and patient scheduling, ensuring patients and clinicians are where they need to be and that issues are resolved quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
• Take on broader special projects, solving increasingly complex problems across the company.
• Opportunity to grow skills and scope quickly in a fast-paced healthcare technology startup.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, having a direct impact on how Kivo operates and scales.

This is a great role for someone who likes to get into the weeds, solve problems, build processes, and make things better.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, business operations, healthcare, consulting, analytics, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
