  • Qualify Growth Leads received through various channels (website, direct, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Monitor and track Contract Signature-to-Activation workflows, staying current on open items including Network Operations Credentialing Team, UST/config, and Tier 3 matters.
  • Route and triage escalations from field teams to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Support provider activation workflows, including intake tracking, documentation readiness, and coordination of go-live steps.
  • Monitor the progress of Clover Home Care (CHC) referrals and other onboarding milestones, flagging delays proactively.
  • Update MSO reporting sources on a regular cadence, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by deadlines.
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking tools that support visibility into team performance.
  • Attend routine and ad-hoc operational meetings as required; other duties as assigned.
  • Facilitate document management, storage and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within a healthcare or managed care setting.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple active workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail — particularly for claims tracking, reporting accuracy, and documentation completeness.
  • Proficient with tools for updating metrics and generating reports (Google Sheets, SharePoint, CRM systems, etc.).
  • A general understanding of healthcare concepts, including HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred).
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player who follows through with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across internal teams.

Benefits

  • Financial Well-Being: Competitive base salary and equity opportunities, performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews.

  • Mental Well-Being: Initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy.
  • Professional Development: Learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews.
  • Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), reimbursement for office setup expenses, monthly cell phone & internet stipend, remote-first culture, paid parental leave for all new parents.
