[Hiring] Head of Operations @Mira Mace

Role Description

As Head of Operations, you own the machine that delivers Mira's care:

• How patients get enrolled and onboarded
• How Care Advocates are hired, trained, and staffed
• How clinicians are credentialed
• How care turns into revenue

Your job is to make it run on systems, ensuring that every week's results are predictable before the week starts. You'll get a lot of autonomy and no handholding. If a number slips, you'll be the first to know and the one who fixes it, permanently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a top 15 school
• Prior experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• Strategy and operations leadership experience after consulting, with measurable results
• A track record of building predictable, measurable systems in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

Requirements

• You've done strategy and operations at fast-growing, leading tech companies
• You have a background in fast-paced, ops-heavy environments such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• You build systems, not workarounds
• You move first and refine as you go
• You treat every problem in your area as yours
• You're energized by real urgency
• You live in the numbers and in the details, holding yourself and others to a high bar
