Role Description

The Divisional Operations Manager works closely with operations and practice leadership to drive optimum Practice Life Cycle Management including:

• Organizational dynamics
• Financial performance and same store growth
• Operational efficiency
• Safety advocacy and oversight in the assigned sub-region

Responsibilities include:

• Managing practice operations through assisting the Director and practice in managing the practice staffing model, both clinical and non-clinical.
• Attending meetings and participating with physicians, practices, and hospital administrators as required.
• Assisting the Director in managing and contracting projects, including hospital and employment contract tracking and monitoring for changes, renewals, and increases.
• Managing the process of bringing new physicians or key staff into the practice and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.
• Collaborating with Ambulatory, Business Development, and Marketing departments for operational improvements and business development.
• Assisting in marketing promotional activities and preparing communication initiatives.
• Assisting in monthly financial reviews and ensuring practices achieve profitability metrics.
• Managing pro forma processes and working with the Director Operations to develop and plan for the budget.
• Collaborating with the integration team to notify departments of new pro formas.
• Supporting the operation team in developing and maintaining relationships with Practice leadership and physicians.
• Assisting in systems training and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience in financial management and analysis including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find collaborative and positive outcomes.
• High degree of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, energy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, typically within assigned region.
• Candidate must reside in the DFW Metroplex.
