Role Description

We are looking for experienced Senior Medical Writers to support product launch activities across key regional growth markets. This role requires strong expertise in localized medical communication, with a deep understanding of regional language nuances, healthcare systems, and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate can translate complex scientific data into market-relevant, culturally aligned, and compliant content for HCPs and patients.

• Develop, review, and adapt medical content for target regional and international markets (Israel, Middle East/MENA).
• Support product launch communication including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch assets.
• Create and localize content across formats (visual aids, slide decks, emailers, websites, brochures, patient materials, video scripts).
• Ensure content aligns with local language, cultural context, and market expectations.
• Interpret and summarize clinical and scientific data into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, digital).
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regional regulations.
• Participate in client discussions and provide market-specific insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical writing or medical communications.
• Experience supporting Middle Eastern or international pharma markets.
• Understanding of local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in product launch communications.

Requirements

• Expertise in local market nuances (at least 1-2 of the listed target countries/regions).
• Proficiency in English and at least one local target language is required (Arabic / Hebrew).
• Experience in content localization and adaptation.
• Ability to tailor content for HCPs, patients, and consumers.
• Experience in branded and non-branded pharma communication.
• Familiarity with omni channel assets.
• Strong scientific writing and storytelling skills.
• Client-facing communication experience.
