[Hiring] Registered Dietitian @Aveanna Healthcare

Role Description

As a Registered Dietitian, you'll support patients receiving enteral nutrition therapy at home by:

• Conducting nutrition screenings, assessments, and reassessments
• Reviewing clinical documentation, prescriptions, and medical records
• Evaluating Medicare eligibility for enteral supplies and completing required billing forms
• Calculating formula needs and assisting with nutrition prescriptions
• Coordinating with healthcare providers and internal teams regarding authorizations, insurance, and reimbursement
• Providing nutrition support to patients and caregivers and troubleshooting concerns
• Documenting patient and provider interactions in Brightree
• Assisting with clinical projects involving formula pricing, coding, reimbursement, and calculation tools
• Maintaining required qualifications and state licensure while following company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required
• Current CDR credential/license required
• Enteral nutrition experience preferred, not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in assigned states
