Role Description

• Physical Therapist:
  • Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Occupational Therapist:
  • Evaluate and assist patients in developing or restoring daily living and work skills.
  • Create personalized therapy plans to improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and techniques for enhancing mobility and self-care.
• Speech Therapist:
  • Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop individualized speech therapy plans to address communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to improve speech and swallowing function.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of Texas.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
