All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a variable hour position with hours assigned weekly based on business needs. While hours will vary between 25-40 per week, the exact number of hours is determined by the company and may change week to week. Seasonal Treatment Physical Therapists must be available to work the assigned number of hours and cannot choose a specific number within that range.

Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Must be a licensed physical therapist
• Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
• Digital health experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members
• Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once
• Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving processes without intimidation
• Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced, remote environment
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, between 25 and 40 hours/week

Requirements

This role requires eligibility under the PT Compact. To qualify, you must:

• Reside in a PT Compact member state (see the current map: https://ptcompact.org/compact-map/ ). Non-participating states currently include CA, ID, WY, NM, MN, IL, MI, RI, NY, FL, ME, and MA.
• Hold an active PT license and a valid driver’s license, both issued by that same home state.

Role Commitment & Schedule

• This role guarantees a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities to increase up to 40 hours as you build your caseload and grow with the team.
• This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with the potential for extension of another 3 months and conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.

• There may also be opportunities to contribute to other operational requirements as they arise.

Work Hours

This is a variable-time position with hours fluctuating between 25 hours/week and 40 hours/week and is fully remote.

Compensation Range

• Base Compensation:
• Regular: $44/hour, with 25 hours/week guaranteed. The $44/hour rate applies equally to all hours worked, whether within the guaranteed 25 or beyond it.
• Bilingual: $46/hour, with 25 hours/week guaranteed. The $46/hour rate applies equally to all hours worked, whether within the guaranteed 25 or beyond it.
• Variable Compensation:
• In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in a monthly incentive program based on the achievement of established company metrics. Payouts are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the applicable incentive plan.

• The range reflects base salary plus any variable, bonus, or sales incentives, and our estimate of the value of private company stock options where applicable. It's subject to change, and future stock value isn't guaranteed. Sword also offers additional benefits beyond total compensation.

Total Compensation Range

$44 — $46 USD. Country-specific benefits may vary and will be detailed separately.
