[Hiring] Women's Health Physical Therapist @Maven Clinic 1099 Provider Network

Role Description

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Physical Therapist to support our members through virtual care.

• Provide virtual care and support to members through 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, addressing topics such as:
  • General exercise guidance and support
  • Safe and appropriate exercise during pregnancy
  • Exercise preparation for childbirth
  • Pelvic floor strengthening exercises and guidance
• Document member encounters in Maven's practice management system, MPractice.
• Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care.
• Champion Maven's unique care model by providing culturally humble, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching or physical therapy services.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth.
• Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching or physical therapy services in a private practice setting.
• Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment.
• Passion for women's and family health, with a strong interest in menopause, pelvic health, and holistic wellness.

Requirements

• Ability to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, 1099 independent contractor capacity.
