Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Provider Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States within a 24/7, 365-day telemedicine operation. This is a high-accountability role requiring someone who is confident managing healthcare providers remotely, maintaining operational coverage, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring providers meet their commitments.

• Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
• Hold providers accountable for scheduled shifts, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments.
• Manage provider scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across the telemedicine operation.
• Work closely with vendors, providers, facilities, and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, schedules, operational records, and provider data.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps.
• Respond to missed shifts and coordinate replacement coverage where required.
• Handle calls and operational queries from healthcare facilities.
• Escalate clinical or operational matters appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues through to resolution rather than waiting for direction.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home.
