Role Description

We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented individual with a background in psychology, clinical studies or a related healthcare field to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clinical information and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Understand clinical terminology, concepts and information relevant to the role.
• Assess documentation for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information or areas requiring further attention.
• Apply established guidelines and processes when reviewing clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed to the required standard.
• Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
• Communicate clearly when clarification or additional guidance is required.
• Learn and apply new clinical information, processes and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in Psychology, Clinical Psychology or a related clinical or healthcare field.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, would be desirable. The exact qualification requirement is to be confirmed.
• Strong comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret and learn complex clinical information.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Advantageous Experience

• Previous experience reviewing clinical or healthcare documentation.
• Experience in healthcare Quality Assurance (QA).
• Exposure to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a similar clinical environment.
• Experience identifying documentation gaps, inconsistencies or quality concerns.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare processes.
