Role Description

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Integrated Therapy team to blend clinical expertise with leadership and governance. Your primary responsibility will be to:

• Shape the clinical direction.
• Ensure quality.
• Foster innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes for individuals seeking mental health assessment and treatment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered practitioner (Practitioner Psychologist, OT, SALT), an RMN or a BABCP registered CBT therapist (with child/family experience).

• An ability to ensure high-quality client care and uphold clinical standards across the organisation.
• A track record of driving measurable improvement — identifying where practice or process falls short, testing changes, and embedding what works.
• An appetite for innovation, and comfort working in a fast-moving digital health environment.
• Oversee and/or be directly involved with complex cases, assess clinical outcomes, and continually improve service quality and client experience.
• Presence and credibility that brings people with you: building trust quickly, motivating teams through change.
• Support other people managers to coach their team members to drive performance.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence to read a room and adapt your approach.
• Drive clinical governance at a service-wide level, including conducting audits and supporting compliance.
• An adaptive communication style — able to move between clinical supervision, board papers, commissioner meetings, and team all-hands.
• Experience of working meaningfully with experts by experience, involving young people, families, and carers in the design, delivery, and evaluation of services.
• External credibility: able to represent Healios convincingly to NHS partners, commissioners, corporate clients, and professional bodies.
• Commitment to adhering to local and national policies, including NICE guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously with clear timelines and accountability.
• Demonstrate skills in consultation and collaboration with others across functions.
• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children.
