[Hiring] Associate Clinician @Healios

Role Description

Healios is looking for ADHD assessment experienced clinicians to deliver assessments for children and young people via our market-leading digital platform. As an associate clinician, you can scale your caseload up and down to ensure you get the right work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking diagnostic observations and histories
• Attendance at MDTs
• If required, providing post-assessment support e.g. feedback

While primarily undertaking Children ADHD assessments, you are required to have experience across the lifespan services from under 7’s to adulthood. You will have the opportunity to work across all service lines (NHS, Melios, Bupa) and we provide the appropriate clinicians with Bupa accreditation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months diagnostic experience including observation and histories
• Experience of assessing both children and adults
• Clinical qualification and registration in:
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic)
  • Speech & Language Therapy
  • Paediatrician
  • RMN/Learning Disability/Child & Adult Nurses
• Clinical registration with HCPC or GMC
• Current DBS in place active on the Update Service (must cover Child/Adult Barring lists)
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Comfortable conducting sessions and associated administration via online platform
• Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere

• A professional home working environment
• Wifi connection. Minimum of 2 mbps up and download speed

Requirements

• A minimum commitment of 4 assessments per week (3.5 hours per assessment plus MDT, report and client feedback)
• Self-employed Associates will be required to complete a Right to Work check as part of our pre-engagement checks
