Role Description

We are engaging Bilingual Marathi Psychiatrists to contribute to a customer-focused project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license
• Native fluency in Marathi and advanced proficiency in English, with demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation within Marathi clinical settings
• Proven capability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios
• Strong background in developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health
• Familiarity with both Western and Marathi psychiatric frameworks, with a commitment to high standards of professional integrity
