Role Description

The Adult Services Clinician will:

• Provide assessments, screenings, treatment plans, and therapy to adults with behavioral health needs.
• Complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record according to agency and State guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers of other services such as case management, peer support, medication management, and community support.
• Meet all direct service requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have either LCSW, LPCC, or be a Licensed Psychologist.

Requirements

• Experience providing outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults with serious mental illness.
• Excellent computer skills related to an electronic medical record.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines for documentation requirements.
