Role Description

Lost Time Entertainment is seeking a technical Client Services & Systems Administrator to maintain our secure digital communications, Base44 client portals, and administrative infrastructure. You will be responsible for user access management, portal security, client support ticketing, and routing encrypted communications across our specialized service channels.

• Manage end-to-end client communications and service delivery via our Partner: Proton Secure Email and our Base44 portal (itsav.base44.app).
• Oversee access permissions, encrypted document routing, and system integrations across administrative tools.
• Provide direct technical and administrative support to label clients, artists, and external agency partners.
• Maintain database integrity, password security protocols, and operational uptime for label portals.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration, client support coordination, or web portal management.
• Technical familiarity with database structures, web portals (Base44/Vercel ecosystems), and encrypted routing protocols.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a focus on quick problem resolution.
• Methodical approach to system documentation and data security standards.
