Role Description

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Therapists / Pathologists with acute-care experience to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on realistic clinical reasoning, chart review, rehabilitation planning, and patient safety.

The role involves:

• Creating and reviewing complex acute-care rehabilitation scenarios
• Longitudinal chart cases
• Gold-standard answers
• Evaluation rubrics
• Assessing whether outputs reflect appropriate clinical reasoning
• Functional assessment, mobility or swallow recommendations
• Discharge planning
• Documentation quality
• Safe coordination across the multidisciplinary care team

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 12 weeks

COMMITMENT: Part-time or Full-time (20-40h/week)

LOCATIONS: Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey

PROCESS: The selection will be made based on an online questionnaire, 60min MCQ test, and resume/education/certification

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Therapy / Pathology
• Active or recently held professional license, registration, or recognized credential appropriate to the candidate’s country
• Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant discipline
• Current or recent practice within the last 3 years
• Strong experience in acute-care hospital or inpatient clinical environments
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to interpret complex or fragmented patient records
• Experience documenting functional assessments, treatment recommendations, progress, and discharge needs
• Strong written English and ability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning
