[Hiring] Working Student Influencer Marketing @Beducated GmbH

Role Description

We are looking for a Working Student for Influencer Marketing (f/m/x). This role is perfect for someone with sales or marketing experience. The workload is 20 hours per week.

• Work in collaboration with our in-house Influencer Marketing Managers.
• Source influencers using different strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and our proprietary influencer database.
• Build a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out to them with campaign proposals.
• Request and evaluate influencer media kits and audience analytics to assess partnership fit.
• Help us innovate and develop new collaboration formats and contracts, from micro-influencers to celebrities.
• Stay on top of social media trends.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Germany with at least 3 semesters remaining (mandatory).
• You are fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You are available to work with us 20 hours per week.

• You bring experience in sales, marketing, or outreach (internships, side projects, or previous work).
• You excel at using software and productivity tools to stay organised and efficient.
• You can utilise AI tools to supercharge your workflow.
• You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to the table.
• You're passionate about social media and eager to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing.
