Role Description

As the Technology Consulting Growth & Ecosystem Marketing Leader, you will lead the marketing strategy for the Americas Technology Consulting business, helping bring priority solutions, strategic alliances, and emerging technology capabilities to market.

• Develop integrated go-to-market strategies aligned with the Consulting practice's strategic priorities and revenue plan.
• Shape connected marketing programs that amplify growth opportunities, accelerate commercialization efforts, and strengthen market differentiation.
• Translate complex technology capabilities into compelling market narratives, differentiated solutions, and integrated campaigns.
• Align Technology Consulting marketing priorities with broader Consulting growth initiatives.
• Bring innovative offerings, strategic partnerships, and market activations to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the Americas Technology Consulting business.
• Develop integrated marketing programs that build awareness, engagement, demand, and pipeline across priority buyer audiences.
• Partner with Technology Consulting leadership to identify growth opportunities and translate business priorities into compelling market-facing campaigns.
• Serve as the strategic marketing lead for priority alliances, ecosystem relationships, and emerging technology partnerships.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs that elevate market visibility and create demand.
• Drive the commercialization of new and emerging offerings through differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with various marketing leaders to connect Technology Consulting capabilities with client needs.
• Lead the development of integrated campaigns leveraging thought leadership, digital marketing, and events.
• Partner with content strategy teams to create impactful thought leadership and market-facing assets.
• Utilize marketing insights and performance analytics to optimize program effectiveness.
• Measure and communicate marketing performance across engagement and demand generation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop team members while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Manage complex marketing programs, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience commercializing technology solutions and emerging capabilities.
• Strong understanding of solution marketing and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling narratives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing investments to business priorities.
• Experience building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage market insights.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing and analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and identify new market opportunities.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 5-7 years of experience.
