[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager @All Cares

Role Description

We are looking for a growth marketing and operations manager to work directly with the founders. Your main focus will be go-to-market for our SaaS product. You will decide which channels we use, build the plan and run it yourself. You will also take over the existing YouTube agency cold outreach strategy & execution. You will own the operational side of the business, which frees the founders to focus on product development, sales, organic marketing channels & client delivery.

This role is fully remote but UK, USA or Europe is preferred. You will join with real ownership over how Breakout grows.

Annual Compensation structure:

• OTE: £100,000 per annum
• Base Salary: £40,000-60,000
• Performance bonuses (OTE): £35,000
• Equity: £20,000

Responsibilities

• SaaS go-to-market:
  • Set the growth strategy and execute it hands-on across channels such as influencer partnerships, email, AEO/SEO & paid channels.
  • Build a team around it as the business grows.
• YouTube content agency GTM execution:
  • Launch, manage & adapt cold outreach campaign (LinkedIn & Email) and book sales calls for the founders.
• Organic Marketing:
  • Manage the sales funnels/newsletters for LinkedIn Organic & YouTube organic (content will be handled by the founder).
• Finance and operations:
  • Run our financial systems, reporting, billing and internal operations.
• Hiring:
  • Lead recruitment for internal roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with hands-on experience building and running B2B growth channels.
• Experience running a multi-channel client acquisition strategy for B2B.
• Previous startup experience in a growth/marketing role (SaaS preferred).
• Experience taking a SaaS product to market at an early stage & scaling.
• AI native: You integrate advanced AI agent workflows and efficiency at the core of everything you do, but you do not outsource creative or critical thinking to AI.
• Strong commercial writing and communication.
• Comfortable with financial basics and building decks, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Self-directed and able to run several workstreams at once.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in an operations role.
• Experience running affiliate, partner or creator programmes.
• Knowledge of the YouTube or creator economy.
