Role Description

Hi, I'm Jason, and I lead the team behind Jane's marketing services. Our team helps clinic owners grow their businesses through their websites and online presence, which connects directly to Jane's mission of helping the helpers: when a clinic gets found by more of the right patients, the practitioners inside it get to do more of the work they love.

Right now we're doing something new. We've been offering Jane customers a free website checkup, a no-obligation look at their online presence through an SEO lens, and clinic owners are loving it. Many finish the call asking how our team can help. This role exists to own those conversations. Every call on your calendar is with someone who's already curious; this is inbound, not cold-calling.

• Run the checkup calls, giving owners clear and genuinely useful recommendations.
• Grow into running demos and intro calls across all four of our services: Jane Websites, Jane SEO, Social Plus, and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• Real customer-facing experience in support, service, retail, hospitality, or a first sales role.
• A knack for taking something technical and explaining it simply.
• Energy for high-volume days with a variety of calls.
• Coachability and self-direction; comfortable running your own conversations.
• Comfort learning new tools quickly; ready to use Claude in your day-to-day.
• A nice to have: experience or personal connection to allied health.

Requirements

• Own our free website checkup calls, giving clinic owners clear and actionable recommendations.
• Grow into running demos and intro calls across all four services.
• Drive your own pipeline in Close CRM, nurturing and following up on warm inbound leads.
• Lead honest conversations about value and cost.
• Get fluent fast with Claude for call prep, research, and follow-ups.
