[Hiring] B2B Marketing Manager @Skylink

Role Description

As our Marketing Manager, you'll own Skylink's marketing distribution end to end: turning ideas, conversations, and business insights into polished, platform-ready content and campaigns that actually convert into qualified B2B leads and pipeline. You will ensure consistency in voice, clarity in Skylink messaging, and quality in execution across all brand touchpoints.

• Own Skylink's marketing distribution from end to end.
• Build and manage our lead funnel.
• Drive lead conversion, not just lead generation.
• Produce and maintain sales collateral.
• Manage paid advertising and brand image.
• Ensure every piece of content produced has a clear purpose.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years minimum of hands-on experience in content marketing or digital marketing within a B2B or professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute multi-format content, including written content, short-form video, and branded visual assets.
• Advanced prompting skills and the ability to use AI as a leverage tool.
• Proficiency with content and editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience using email marketing platforms and managing digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major digital and social platforms.
• Solid writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent professional brand voice.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.

Benefits

• Compensation between $15 – $25 USD hourly depending on experience.
