Role Description
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth across AHEADβs West Region. This highly collaborative role partners closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategy, ensure flawless execution, and report on performance and outcomes.

Serve as the primary bridge between the West Region and the broader marketing organization.

Ensure tight coordination across teams, consistency in messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns.

Champion regional engagement in national campaigns, localizing content and refining audience targeting.
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated field and regional marketing strategies tailored to the West Region.

Design and activate executive engagement programs, including CxO-level experiences and high-touch events.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives.

Partner closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and GTM teams.

Build and sustain strong relationships with GTM and technology partners.

Drive and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value accounts.

Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.

Ensure clear and consistent communication with the regional sales team.

Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs.

Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-touch regional events.

Oversee and manage the West Region marketing budget.

Serve as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements.
Qualifications

Strong track record of executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue.

Deep understanding of marketing best practices across digital channels.

Proven experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs.

Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.

Demonstrated expertise in both project management and event execution.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase.

Highly analytical, with a passion for using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
Requirements

Compensation range: $115,000 - $125,000 a year.
-
This range reflects the On-Target Earnings (βOTEβ) for this role, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.
