Role Description

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Risepoint, you will play a key role in expanding access to affordable, career-focused education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships within local communities.
• Promoting workforce-aligned degree programs.
• Supporting university partners.
• Crafting and implementing tailored outreach strategies at local, state, and regional levels.
• Representing the University of Texas at Arlington and recruiting qualified students into online Healthcare/Undergrad degree programs throughout Texas.
• Managing a territory to increase brand awareness and interest.
• Achieving monthly lead goals by organizing and facilitating 15 recruiting events each month.
• Networking at regional and state conferences to generate leads and establish new relationships.
• Meeting with healthcare professionals to establish new partnerships for recruitment sessions.
• Leveraging marketing campaigns to expand the territory.
• Utilizing social media tools to promote the university partner’s program offerings.
• Communicating regional and national programmatic and workforce trends to stakeholders.
• Attending relevant conferences and recruitment events to promote program information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or higher-ed experience in the healthcare industry.
• Operational excellence with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.
• Ability to manage a large geographic area.

Requirements

• Must reside in Austin/San Antonio, Texas, within a commutable distance of the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (minimum of 75%).
