Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to create engaging content and support social media growth across relevant platforms. You will plan and publish content, edit videos for digital channels, and help maintain a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into polished social content. This role combines social media management, content creation, video editing, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Create social media assets, including captions, graphics, and video content, in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate social media activities to support marketing goals.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay current with platform updates, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and deliver content on schedule.
• Organize and maintain social media content files, video assets, and publishing materials.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, or a related role.
• Experience editing video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A portfolio or examples of social media and video work is an advantage.
