Role Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. In this role, you will lead our social media strategy, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and produce compelling visual and written content. You will work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital ads, and organic channels.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, graphic, and video content tailored for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Community Management: Oversee day-to-day engagement across all social channels, responding to inquiries and fostering an active online community.
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
• Paid Advertising: Manage budgets and strategy for paid social and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.
• Proven track record of growing social channels and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Zoho One/ Zoho Social, Base44, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Analytics).
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and visual storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of current social trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
