Role Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and play a vital role in attracting new business partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is both a storyteller and a strategist—able to craft compelling content while driving measurable brand growth across platforms.

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business development goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content.
Research and integrate relevant hashtags, trends, and keywords to enhance content reach and discoverability.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to align content with marketing initiatives and partnership outreach.
Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively manage the brand’s online reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including engagement, growth, reach, and lead generation.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure a competitive digital presence.
Identify and pursue opportunities to boost visibility and attract new B2B partnerships, particularly in the manufacturing space.
Cultivate and grow our follower base, building meaningful relationships with brands, industry professionals, and potential collaborators.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating content that resonates.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content calendars and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
