Role Description

We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist for a global biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing therapies for patients worldwide. If you are detail-oriented and technically sharp with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HTML email creation, keep reading!

• Build, configure, and deploy SFMC campaigns end-to-end, including email sends, audience targeting, and journey automation.
• Manage audience segmentation using data extensions, filters, and lists to ensure accurate targeting across programs.
• Create and send HTML emails using Email Studio, applying best practices for rendering, personalization, and deliverability.
• Set up and maintain automated journeys in Journey Builder to support Medical Affairs communication programs.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, monitor performance metrics, and report on key engagement data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate communication requirements into SFMC configurations and executions.
• Maintain platform hygiene by managing data structures, suppression lists, and content organization in Content Builder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email creation and customization, including responsive design and cross-client rendering.
• Experience managing audience segmentation and data extensions within SFMC.
• Ability to work independently on campaign configuration, send execution, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to manage stakeholder requests and translate them into platform actions.

Requirements

• Experience working in pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of AMPscript or SQL for dynamic content and data queries within SFMC.
• Familiarity with SFMC certifications (Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant).
