[Hiring] Head of B2C Growth @Properstar

Role Description

You own B2C growth end to end. You bring buyers and renters to Properstar. You keep them coming back. AI does the heavy lifting, you steer it.

• Multichannel acquisition and a lifecycle that runs from first visit to repeat visit.
• Focus on search, paid social, email, push, and app, with the app as the priority.
• Build a bridge between research and search for users.
• Own the budget and direct paid media specialists.
• Report to the CPO.

What you'll do

• Set the growth strategy: channels, markets, segments, budget.
• Build multichannel acquisition: test new channels, scale what works.
• Connect research to search: turn readers into searchers.
• Make the app the first channel: focus on installs, adoption, retention.
• Own the lifecycle: activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, LTV.
• Work the database: segment, nurture, reactivate.
• Run experiments: landing pages, onboarding, messaging, offers.
• Direct the specialists: set goals, review work, raise the bar.
• Work with product and nurturing: push for conversion improvements.
• Prepare for the 2028 ramp-up: markets, channels, creative, tracking.
• Build playbooks for the team and agents.
• Engage with users and analyze data personally.

Qualifications

• Growth track record: experience growing a B2C product with a large user base.
• Multichannel range: ownership of several channels with strong opinions.
• App growth: experience driving installs and retention.
• Database mindset: focus on cohorts and lifecycles.
• Product sense: understanding of how product changes affect conversion.
• Strategist and operator: ability to build and run plans with ownership of budgets.
• Deep AI fluency: experience with AI tools and automation.
• Data and judgment: ability to measure effectiveness and make decisions quickly.
• Ownership: from brief to result without handoffs.
• Leadership: ability to improve team performance without micromanagement.
• Clarity: ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Languages: fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.

Logistics

• Remote: anywhere within +/- 3h of CET.
• Type: Full-time, permanent contractor.
• Start: January 2027 at the latest.
