[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @The Global Talent Co.

Role Description

We're hiring a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to run our day-to-day ad operations on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Meta is our main channel today, and TikTok and Snapchat are growing fast.

This is not a content creation role. Our in-house creator produces the videos; you'll prepare them for each platform, launch them, track them and help us find the winners. You'll work directly with the founders and follow a testing playbook they wrote, taking on more of the analysis as you grow into the role.

What you'll do

• Launch and operations
  • Load 10–12 new video ads per week into test campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, working toward two or three launches a week.
  • Adapt each asset per platform: aspect ratios, crops, links and safe zones, so nothing gets covered by the app's interface.
  • Write ad copy for every launch: primary text, headlines and descriptions.
  • Track ad approvals, submit and follow up on appeals, and report which content gets rejected on which platform. Our category is regulated, so this is a big part of the job.
• Optimization
  • Read test results against our internal playbook and identify winners and losers.
  • Move winners into scaling campaigns and adjust budgets.
  • Retest underperformers with new combinations of videos and copy.
• Tracking and attribution
  • Work with attribution events, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Compare performance across platforms and flag what works where.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience launching ads yourself in Meta Ads Manager. A few months is enough.
• Solid grasp of core metrics such as CTR, CPC and CPA, and what a campaign is optimizing for.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when handling high volumes of assets.
• Self-managed and proactive: you work from one daily check-in and come with your own proposals, not just questions.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, while still forming and sharing your own conclusions.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience in TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Experience with ad approvals and appeals in health, wellness or other regulated categories.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or ad attribution.
• DTC or e-commerce experience.
