[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @Brightvision

Role Description

We are currently looking for a part-time (50%) Paid Media Specialist with potential to grow into a full-time role. As this role involves working as a freelancer, you should have your own company and invoice us accordingly.

As a paid media specialist, you'll:

• Shape media plans, decide where budgets go and why.
• Set up, analyze, and optimize campaigns to hit clear business goals.
• Work closely with project managers and creatives on bigger inbound campaigns, bringing the paid media perspective from planning to results.

We're an AI-native team. We expect you to use AI as an everyday tool for strategy, optimization, and working smarter, so you can spend less time on manual tasks and more time on what moves results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with digital advertising platforms: social media, search, and programmatic.
• Experience setting up, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strategic mindset: comfortable building media strategies, setting KPIs, and advising clients on channel mix and budget.
• AI-native way of working: actively use AI tools for analysis, optimization, and efficiency, and curious about new ways to apply them.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in B2B marketing (B2B tech is a plus).
• Comfortable speaking English with colleagues and clients.
