[Hiring] Senior User Acquisition Manager @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. Your main tasks will be:

• Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to promote mobile apps;
• Manage budgets to achieve product and performance goals;
• Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on a large number of hypotheses;
• Evaluate campaign performance and monitor key product metrics;
• Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team;
• Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams;
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app advertising via Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads;
• Successful track record with funnels;
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Appsflyer;
• Experience with cohort analysis.
