[Hiring] Senior Regional Marketing Manager @Nozomi Networks

Role Description

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for our EMEA region. This role is responsible for developing and implementing regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies with an emphasis on:

• Field and channel marketing
• Partner collaboration
• Campaign activation
• Events
• Demand generation

In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader Marketing organization, regional Sales, and Partner teams to:

• Build regional marketing plans
• Promote brand awareness locally
• Execute ABM / demand generation programs to fuel high growth revenue in the region

Channel marketing experience and campaign orchestration are a must.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation programs that support key regional initiatives
• Tracking results and reporting on campaign success and deliverables
• Maintaining relationships with regional partners, conference organizers, and influential associations
• Leveraging social media to raise awareness and promote our presence at various events
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities in the region(s)
• Managing regional budget and accurately estimating costs
• Working in partnership with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of proven B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity or related fields
• Working, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (required)
• Working knowledge of typical hi-tech MarTech Stack such as intent platforms (e.g., 6Sense), webinar platforms (e.g., ON-24) (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort in communicating and presenting plans at the executive level
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Travel: Approx. 35%, domestic and international travel, mostly within the EMEA theater
