[Hiring] Senior Media Buyer @Fayara

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Adult) to help scale one of brand's fastest-growing customer acquisition channels.

Working remotely as part of our Media Buying team, you'll take ownership of high-volume paid media campaigns across leading adult advertising networks. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Identifying profitable opportunities.
• Scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI.

This is not a junior campaign management role. You'll have full ownership of media buying performance, including:

• Testing creatives and optimizing funnels.
• Negotiating with traffic sources.
• Expanding into new geographies.
• Scaling profitable campaigns.

We're looking for someone who already understands the adult advertising ecosystem and knows how to buy traffic profitably at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing paid media within the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra, or other adult advertising networks.
• Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and profitability.
• Strong understanding of media buying fundamentals including campaign optimisation, audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and creative testing.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
• Proficiency with tracking platforms such as Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of paid media metrics including CTR, CVR, eCPA, eCPL, ARPU, retention, and customer acquisition economics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document strategies and performance clearly.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience with programmatic or RTB buying.
• Experience working directly with SSPs, DSPs, or adult publishers.
• Familiarity with API-based campaign automation.
• Knowledge of compliance and age-verification requirements across EU, UK, and US markets.
• An established network of contacts within the adult advertising industry.

Benefits

• Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Full-time Contractor / Freelance
• Compensation: €40,000–€60,000 annually (depending on location and engagement type) plus an uncapped profit-sharing bonus scheme.
