[Hiring] Senior Manager, Growth Marketing @Ambience Healthcare

Role Description

Ambience Healthcare is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own the execution and measurement of our account-based marketing (ABM) motion. You'll sit within Commercial Marketing, reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing, and partner closely with Sales to turn a prioritized list of target hospital and health-system accounts into concrete, measured marketing plays. This is a fully remote role — any time zone.

• Design and launch account-based marketing plays.
• Turn Sales' prioritized target-account list into specific, sequenced campaigns tailored to each account's context and blockers.
• Own measurement and reporting.
• Apply Ambience's account-based measurement framework to real data pulled from our CRM and other systems, grade what worked, and report results that shape the next round of plays.
• Partner directly with Sales on shared accounts.
• Work the same target accounts as the sales team, surfacing and resolving discrepancies between marketing's and sales' view of an account before they become blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to activate plays.
• Work with Events, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to get the right messaging and content to the right accounts through the right channels.
• Build a repeatable ABM operating rhythm.
• Establish a durable cadence for proposing, running, measuring, and iterating on account-based plays so the function scales beyond any single campaign.

Qualifications

• An experienced B2B marketer.
• 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to a sales-aligned or account-based motion.
• Healthcare-tested.
• Hands-on with CRM/martech.
• Measurement-minded.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
