[Hiring] Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to strengthen lifecycle operations through precise campaign production, coordination, and quality checks. You will partner with regional specialists to triage inbound requests, build and validate SFMC email and push campaigns, and keep launches on track and accurate. • Coordinate campaign intake, send timelines, and readiness checks prior to launch
• Build and maintain Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automations
• Design, build, test, and support end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage Data Extensions, including data relationships, primary keys, sendable data extensions, and data retention
• Organize and relate customer/contact data in Contact Builder
• Execute email sends and manage subscribers, publication lists, suppression lists, and send classifications in Email Studio
• Troubleshoot failed automations, journey issues, email sends, data issues, and subscriber/contact problems
• Apply CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe management, and consent requirements to email marketing practices
• Administer SFMC users, roles, permissions, and Business Units
• Personalize emails and journeys using AMPscript
• Validate audience counts, personalization, links, data, and journey logic before deployment
• Document SFMC processes, data flows, automations, and journeys for ongoing administration and support

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of 3+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, data filtering, segmentation, and audience creation
• Familiarity with SFMC APIs and integrations with external systems
• Solid understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including sender reputation, bounces, spam complaints, and engagement
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
