[Hiring] Senior CRM Manager @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team!

• Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
• Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.
• Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.).
• Analyze the results of the conducted experiments.
• Take ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.).
• Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts.
• Initiate improvements to processes and products, launch new channels, and use unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, Any BI-systems.
• Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsub rate, etc.
• High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.
• Strong command of both Russian and English (B2+) is a must.
• Experience with SQL would be a plus.
