[Hiring] Regional Field Marketing Manager @Algomarketing®

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to join the Growth team and lead field marketing activity across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will own regional execution across priority and expansion markets, working closely with Growth, Sales and local country leadership.

This is a hands-on role spanning third-party sponsorships, executive events, account-based marketing activations and country launches. You will turn regional priorities into locally relevant programs that build relationships with strategic accounts, support market expansion and contribute to pipeline growth.

• Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
• Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for individual markets while maintaining brand and execution standards.
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners, roundtables and targeted on-site experiences.
• Support country launches end-to-end alongside the Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating launch events, local activations, partners, venues and supporting marketing activity.
• Manage local agencies, venues, suppliers and event partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined country marketing budgets.
• Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and event ROI, consolidating key learnings to improve future activity.
• Build strong knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and identify locally relevant opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Travel across the region as required to support events, launches and strategic account activations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Based in Dubai, UAE (mandatory).
• Approximately 5 to 7 years of B2B field marketing, events or integrated marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience planning and delivering physical events from concept through execution.
• Experience supporting ABM, demand generation or strategic account marketing programs.
• Proven ability to partner closely with Sales, Growth and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong regional knowledge and understanding of Middle Eastern markets.
• Experience managing agencies, venues, vendors and event budgets.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with strong project management and organisational skills.

Requirements

• Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology or a high-growth technology company.
• Previous experience in a scale-up environment or supporting country and market launches.
• Existing relationships within the regional technology, events or B2B marketing ecosystem.
• Experience working across multiple Middle Eastern markets rather than a single country.
