[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Arcadia

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle across Arcadia’s products and solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Buyer persona development and customer segmentation
• Product positioning, packaging & pricing
• Sales enablement
• Competitive/market insights

The role will help bridge commercial, finance, and product management, driving the product roadmap by delivering market insights while ensuring successful product sales and market expansion.

Initial key focus areas will be to:

• Define buyer personas and customer segmentation to sharpen targeting across marketing and sales
• Drive go-to-market enablement and positioning refinement of our current product offering
• Collect and synthesize market intelligence to inform product roadmaps and GTM strategies
• Support product launches and ensure alignment and enablement across each stage from conception to GA launch

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong leader who can drive end-to-end initiatives and processes across many teams and functions. Key skills include:

This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing and collaborate frequently with sales, pre-sales, product managers, customer success teams, and customers. Arcadia is open to fully remote candidates and employees have access to co-working spaces.

Qualifications

• AI fluency and intellectual curiosity
• Experience in the energy industry OR enterprise SaaS platforms
• 5+ years experience as a Product Marketer in a technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Demonstrated success in taking complex, data-driven software products to market
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills

Requirements

• Experience with B2B marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
• Proven track record in creating high-impact B2B marketing assets
• Direct experience with enterprise energy management, sustainability/ESG reporting, fintech, or utility billing
• Experience scaling product marketing processes and GTM frameworks in a high-growth environment
