[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @EverCommerce

Role Description

As our Product Marketing Manager for Timely, you’ll sit at the intersection of our customers, products and commercial strategy, helping us identify the right opportunities and turn them into meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Success, you’ll bring the voice of the customer and market into our decisions, shape go-to-market strategies and help drive adoption, retention and growth beyond launch.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

• Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for EverWell products and features.
• Bring customer, competitor and market insights into product and commercial decisions.
• Influence roadmap priorities by partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Design.
• Develop compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Partner with Customer Marketing to improve adoption, engagement and retention.
• Enable Sales, Success and Support with the right insights, messaging and tools.
• Use data and experimentation to measure impact and continually improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong experience delivering GTM strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• A customer-first mindset with strong research and commercial capability.
• Confidence partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and storytelling skills.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• SaaS/subscription experience, with payments experience a bonus.
